Business model canvas workshop deck for Apple Keynote

When I work with companies beyond tactical design pieces, I will usually create a rough business model canvas. This helps me understand the business and its markets a little better, which results in documents and designs that more closely align with their audiences.

Sometimes I've been asked to run mini-workshops with owners. This is the Apple Keynote deck I use to structure conversations and guide them to a simple business model over the course of 2-3 hours.
